We are excited to welcome Thomas Rizzo as the Keynote Speaker for this year’s PA APCO Conference! Captain Rizzo is a highly respected law enforcement leader, educator, and media analyst best known for his work on the hit TV docuseries On Patrol: Live. With more than two decades of policing experience, he currently serves as a Captain with the Howell Township Police Department in New Jersey, overseeing major investigations and leadership training.
A dynamic speaker and published author, Rizzo is recognized nationwide for his insights on leadership, decision-making, emotional intelligence, and the realities of modern policing. His keynote will offer an engaging and thought-provoking look at the challenges and opportunities facing today’s public safety professionals.
