The Pennsylvania APCO Chapter would like to announce the Judith (Judy) Brackin RPL Scholarship Award.  Judy is a long-time serving member of the PA Chapter. She has help many offices including but not limited to President and Executive council. She is a Senior Member of APCO international.  She currently is still active and serves on the credential committee and well as the Board of Directors as a past president. To show thanks for her time and dedication we have dedicated this scholarship in her name.  The Registered Public-Safety Leader (RPL) Certificate Program is a comprehensive 12-month online program. It is well respected in the communications community. Due to the expensive price of this program the chapter is sponsoring one (1) member yearly to become an RPL and add more to the state of PA. 

To apply please submit the application located on paapco.org and return via email by September 11, 2024. The applications will be reviewed, and award winner will be determined at September board meeting.
